Shipping policy

Here at Mass soaps, we need 2-3 business days to get your order in the mail.  We currently use USPS as our primary shipping carrier and only offer shipping in the US. Shipping is calculated by the weight of the product.  Packages being shipped within the US should arrive in 4 to 7 business days.  Once a package has been received by the post office, we transfer liability to the mail carrier.  We cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail, we do not issue refunds or ship out replacement products.  We use the address you provide us for shipping, please make sure you input your address correctly.  If an item is missing from your package once you receive it, please contact us.  If your package does not get delivered please consider filing a claim with USPS for the missing package.
