Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final. With that being said I want you happy with your purchase and will work with you to find an acceptable solution. If something is missing or damaged in your order, please contact us at Masssoaps@gmail.com

We list all the ingredients used in our soaps/room spray on the site and on the soaps/room spray labels. We cannot be held responsible if an allergic reaction occurs. Also, these products are not edible.

Thank you so much for supporting my small business!!! All items are handmade works of art with the exception of the UV DTF & Decals. They can not be duplicated but I can try to get them as close as possible. TAT for items may differ. If you are in need of an item quickly please send an email to masssoaps@gmail.com to see if we can accomidate your request. Rush orders could be subject with a rush fee.
